Product range applicable to noise directive 2000/14 / EC
The products listed in Article 13 must pass the noise test of a third-party testing organization and be issued a noise directive certificate by a third-party notified body.
Article 13 products contain:
Lawn machines, concrete crushers, micro-tillers, various types of construction machinery, compaction machinery, and generator sets with a rated power below 400 kilowatts. The noise certificate is valid for one year. If you need to renew the certificate, the manufacturer must provide a prototype for testing every year, and then a new noise CE certificate will be issued by the notified body .
Product range where noise regulations are not applicable:
Highways, railways, waterways and shipping routes;
Equipment or tools for military, police and emergency use.

适用本指令产品必须达到以下要求方可出口欧盟市场：
噪音排放达到噪音指令要求；
通过噪音指令中认可的评估模式；
产品上附有CE标志，噪音值。
噪音指令CE认证申请流程：
样机户外测试（场所要求：空旷混泥土场地、周围无杂音）；
出具测试报告

The noise test report and technical documents are submitted to the EU certification body for review;
Issue CE certificate;
Annual certificates are issued annually.
